The last time I posted on Patreon was in 2019, when my life revolved around boats, building Ocean Nomads, and sharing raw stories from the sea.

A lot has changed. And at the same time, not much. I'm still exploring nomadlife with the same essence: a slower, more intentional life in tune with nature. But now it’s not just from the ocean. It’s from the trails, the van, the mountains, and wild places too.

This is me picking up the thread again. Not with a plan. But with the same mission: to connect people with nature.

Since then, I’ve grown Ocean Nomads into a beautiful community, and shifted more into coastal and land-based adventures like long-distance hiking, vanlife, and Ayurveda. But also lots of sailing adventures organized! And lots of content created. I just didn't make it back to the video productions.

Mostly I’ve just been living. Offline. Adventuring. Learning.
With sooo many untold stories, after now almost two decades of nomadlife by sail, van and tent.

So I’m stepping up my video game again. The computer is working and the drive is high! I’ve relaunched my YouTube and started sharing raw, real videos from nomadlife with nature. Right now I’m working on a series about long-distance hiking and wild camping. It’s one of the most nature-connected and freeing lifestyles I’ve experienced.

I’ve been hesitant to return to Patreon. But I've been encouraged by many of you now, so here I am. It’s about support. It’s about helping keep honest, nature-connected stories alive. And hopefully inspiring others to live differently too. And it literally helps me alive and thrive. I'm still living very minimalistic on a tight budget.

Your support here helps me create without the pressure of algorithms or short-form shallow scroll stuff. It gives me the space to share what I learn on trail, in the van, or at sea, with depth, usefulness, and purpose.
